From 31st March 2010 application of part of the new Law on Bankruptcy referring to the so called Automatic Bankruptcy started
Pursuant to regulations of the new Law on Bankruptcy adopted by the Parliament of the Republic of Serbia on 11th December 2009 which should provide reducing time of duration of bankruptcy procedure, lower costs and higher percentage of paying the creditors, Paragraph X Special Procedure in case of long insolvency was introduce as a completely new item and popularly named automatic bankruptcy. |

Development Fund of Serbia approves credits for more even regional development Fond
In 2010, Government of Serbia will provide 10 billion dinar for implementation of the Even Regional Development Stimulating Program. These funds will be available to the users through approving credits through Development Fund of the Republic of Serbia. |
